Sprite products have a history of meeting and exceeding NSF Standard 177 for shower filters. Plastic products come with a 1 Year Warranty while units made from brass come with a 5 Year Warranty. Please note that “Chrome”, “Oil Rubbed Bronze”, “Polished Brass”, etc. are finishes and not the material the unit is made from. Warranty information can be found here.

If there is an issue with product purchased directly from Sprite’s online store or via phone:

Non-Defective

  • Unused merchandise may be returned to Sprite within 45 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • The unit(s) must be in new condition with no missing parts. Units that should have a new replaceable cartridge inside but do not will not be accepted.
  • Shipping costs will not be paid by Sprite when returning an item due to general dissatisfaction or purchaser regret.
  • There is no restocking fee for returned merchandise.
  • Refunds will be credited in the manner of original payment.
  • Prior authorization is required to initiate the return process. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #), please call 800-327-9137 for fastest service or contact us via e-mail. Please include your return authorization number on or inside the box.

Defective

  • Refunds will not be given for used product. Parts are available under warranty. Outside of the warranty period parts are available to purchase upon request.
  • Merchandise found to be defective under Sprite’s warranty will be repaired or replaced.
  • Sprite will provide a pre-paid UPS return label when returning an item under warranty. Outside of warranty the charges will be paid by the customer.
